Returns & Cancellations
Webinar Seats
All webinar seat purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will do our best to assist you.
Shop Purchases
If you are not satisfied with a shop purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 business days of receipt. Items returned in their original, unopened condition may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 10 business days of RMA issuance and must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special or custom orders.
- Items sold “as is” or “used.”
- Items that show signs of handling, wear, or use after receipt.
We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier for all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All webinar items ship free to all 50 states via USPS Registered Mail, UPS, or FedEx with signature required.
Shop Purchases
Shipping charges apply to all products purchased directly through the shop. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Shop orders are typically shipped within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Credit card details are transmitted directly to our payment provider and are neither recorded nor stored by us. They are not processed or stored on our servers at any point in the transaction.

Order Fulfillment
Shop orders are shipped from our inventory within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our inventory changes regularly. Occasionally an item may appear on the site in error or its description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where errors in description or pricing exist. If an order is cancelled, no charge will be made to the customer’s payment method, or a full refund will be issued promptly.
If an item listing contains an error and an order is placed, we will contact the customer before processing. If an order is mistakenly shipped, we may ask the customer to return the item in unopened condition and will issue a full refund. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Gilded Age Assets, LLC. will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
